Order & Shipping

Where do you ship from?  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We provide worldwide shipping service.

When will my order be shipped?  Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and local holidays.

How long will delivery take?  Estimated delivery times are for reference only: United States & Canada: 12–20 business days; United Kingdom & European Union: 10–18 business days; Australia & New Zealand: 14–22 business days; Other countries & regions: 14–25 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, peak holiday seasons or logistics events.

Will I receive tracking information?  Yes. Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Am I responsible for import duties and taxes?  Yes. Product price and shipping fees do not cover import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or local taxes of your destination country. All customs-related charges shall be borne by the buyer. We cannot reimburse these fees.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?  Address modification requests are only accepted within 24 hours after checkout. Once the parcel has been packed and shipped, address changes cannot be completed.

Products & Hand-crafted Features

Are your items exactly the same as website photos?  Most ELLTIAMO products are hand-finished handcrafted goods. Subtle differences in wood grain, natural stone texture, brass surface patina and hand-carved details are normal characteristics of handmade art, not manufacturing defects. We make every effort to keep product colors consistent; minor color deviation may occur due to different screen displays.

Are the jewelry nickel-free?  Our gold-plated brass pieces are low-nickel. We do not guarantee 100% nickel-free. If you have metal allergies or sensitive skin, please be cautious before purchasing.

How should I care for my jewelry and oriental crafts?  Keep away from perfume, lotion, sweat, water and all chemical liquids. Store inside the original ELLTIAMO gift box when not in use. Polish metal surfaces gently with the included soft microfiber cloth. Solid brass will naturally darken and develop patina with skin contact, this is a natural metallic feature.

Return, Exchange & Refund

What is your return window?  You may apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days upon delivery of your package. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed requirements.

Which items cannot be returned?  Items with signs of wear, scratches, water damage, improper use are non-returnable. Natural handmade variations including wood grain, stone texture and brass patina cannot be grounds for return request.

Payment & Gift

What currencies do you support?  All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider will handle currency conversion for other local currencies.

Can I add a gift note with my order?  Yes, you can fill in gift note message at checkout. All gift orders will be packed with our branded ELLTIAMO gift box, no price invoice will be included inside parcel.
